The happiness and wellbeing of our cats is our absolute top priority. The below requirements are to ensure that they have the best time they can at Catnap, whether they are waiting for their forever home or living with us permanently.
We have a limit on the amount of people in the cat area at any one time so bookings are highly recommended, especially on weekends and during school holidays. Bookings are for a period of 55 minutes. Walk-ins are more than welcome as long as we have free space to fit you in. If you just want to pop into the cafe area and don't plan on visiting the cats feel free, there's no need to make a booking.
There is a limit of 4 children and 4 infants in the cat area at any one time. If you are trying to book and it shows no slots available for these options you will have to choose another time slot. Thank you for understanding, if you have any queries surrounding these requirements do get in touch.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your start time to ensure we can get you in to the cat area on time. Your 55 minutes starts from your booking time, not from when you arrive. $10 - Child (3 - 14 with adult supervision)
$10 - Senior (65 or older)
$10 - Student (valid ID required)
$ 0 - Infant (2 or younger with direct supervision)
Backed us on Kickstarter and have a voucher for free entry?
You should have received your voucher via email after our campaign ended last year. If you can't find it try searching your emails for one from email@example.com. If you're still having trouble please email us and we can resend it.
Enter the code on the voucher when you book by clicking 'Enter code' on the booking page. If your voucher includes free food or drink items you will need to present this to us when you come in, a digital copy is totally fine.
If you have a voucher for a date night you should have received an email from us with a link to book this in. If you haven't received this, please get in touch.
why is my booking for 55 minutes?
We start new bookings every hour, on the hour and need a few minutes at the end of each session to make sure the area is clean and tidy.
Car parking is available around the back of the cafe with access off of Wordsworth Street. There is also on-street parking on Colombo, Wordsworth and other nearby streets.
